Orders

Add items to cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping address and payment method, then confirm the order. You will get an order confirmation by email.

We can help if the order has not been packed. Email us right away with subject Edit Order or Cancel Order and include your order number.

Check spam and promotions. If you still do not see it after 10 minutes, contact us and we will resend it.

If a product is a preorder or backorder, the estimated ship window appears on the product page and in your confirmation email. Your card may be authorized at checkout and charged when we start preparing your order. Timelines are estimates.

To protect customers and inventory, we may limit quantities per order and per customer on select items.

What payment methods do you accept

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and pay later options where available through Klarna.

Yes. Payments are processed by certified partners. We do not store full card data.

Digital gift cards are delivered by email and can be used online. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

One code per order unless noted. Codes cannot be applied after checkout is complete.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the expected delivery times?

Under normal circumstances, deliveries take between 8–12 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends are typically packed and shipped on the next business day.

If delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as an ongoing global pandemic, we are not responsible for delivery time issues. We recommend waiting up to 20 business days before contacting our customer service if you experience delays with your order.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Sometimes, our confirmation emails may mistakenly end up there.

If you don’t find the message there, don’t worryβ€”it can take up to 3 business days for order confirmations to reach your inbox. If you still haven’t received anything after this period, please contact our customer service for further assistance.

Discount codes must be applied before completing your purchase. We do not accept discount codes after the purchase has been finalized.

Our products are shipped directly from our partners' warehouses to offer you the best possible prices. However, we cannot rule out potential issues that may arise with third-party logistics.
