If a product is a preorder or backorder, the estimated ship window appears on the product page and in your confirmation email. Your card may be authorized at checkout and charged when we start preparing your order. Timelines are estimates.

Under normal circumstances, deliveries take between 8β12 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends are typically packed and shipped on the next business day.
If delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as an ongoing global pandemic, we are not responsible for delivery time issues. We recommend waiting up to 20 business days before contacting our customer service if you experience delays with your order.
